Discussing effects-2

  There will be a large factory which will haveseveral effects on a small town called Acton.  First of all, a great number of jobs will be open for the residents.  Consequently, it can improve the economic development of the small town.  Becides, it will bring a lot of new people to the community.  Because of that, the local authorities will built more public facilities.  Last but not the least, there will be more modern structures and it can change the small town a lot instead of remaining the original appearance.  To sum up, though it may bring some bad effects, there will be a lot of good effects on the small town.
