John Adams and Thomas Jefferson are two important people in Amarican history.  There are several same merits made by them.  In American Revolution, they both played an important role.  Besides, they both were delegates to the Continental Congress.  Next, John Adams was born at the same date as Thomas Jefferson.  Moreover, they both studied and practiced law.  Last, John Adams was a president of United States once, and so was Thomas Jefferson.  But the former was the third president, the latter was the second one.  To sum up, it is believed that they were both heros of the United States because of what they had done to the U.S.
